My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Mattie over the last 5 years! She did our engagement, wedding, some minis, and our maternity photos. She has an amazing personality that makes it easy to pose and not feel awkward while taking photos. She has an amazing great eye and her photography skills are beautiful! Mattie photographed our beautiful wedding day! Months and weeks prior, she took the time to discuss what the experience would be like for my husband and I on our wedding day! Weeks leading up to our wedding, she sat down with and asked me all the things that I wanted captured on our day! The way she listened and remembered things that we discussed months ago made me feel like I had picked the perfect wedding photographer! The day of, she was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that if I were stressed she would try and help! She kept me in such a good mindset the whole day! She knew the exact words to say to make my husband and I smile and laugh. She made sure that I always had a drink, and made sure I was well hydrated. She took the time to make sure that before photos that my hair laid perfectly. Her attention to detail is amazing! I have always recommended Mattie to all of my friends and family.
She even captured our family photos in the fall. She still remembered our wedding day a year later like it was yesterday! Having a photographer like Mattie is so important, and that’s why I will always choose her from now on.
